This support includes submittals to new client accounts that encompass AMCs, banks, and direct lenders. Alternatively, you can combine maintenance of existing accounts with new account expansion to reach the total number of supported accounts. For example, you could have 25 existing accounts and 75 new ANS accounts to fulfill the total count of 100 accounts.
ANS ensures that your new and existing account profiles are current, up-to-date, and prepared to receive orders. We professionally set up your profile on all accounts, minimizing the risk of missing documentation that could lead to missed appraisal orders. Additionally, ANS will update all of your accounts annually when your license and E&O policy are renewed, as well as update your fees semi-annually.
